Our Monthly Community Meetings are free for everyone and are held on the Second Wednesday of every month at 7 pm. Doors open at 6:30pm. Gather with your neighbors for forums and discussions on RBCC projects and topics relevant to Rainier Beach and Southeast Seattle residents. Agenda, including guest speaker, can be found in meeting announcement email. If not already receiving these, join our mailing list at the bottom of the page. All are welcome.

Previous virtual speaker recordings fom 2020-2022 are hosted on our YouTube channel in case you missed any of them.

Member Meeting Minutes

As stated in our bylaws, the recording secretary, or someone appointed by them, will keep accurate minutes of meetings of the Club and the Executive Board. These minutes are posted for public review and reference.

We will make every effort to get minutes posted in a timely manner. Our goal is to post meeting minutes before the next monthly meeting in order to save time with regard to voting to approve minutes. The approval of minutes simply acknowledge’s that the minutes accurately reflect what transpired. These documents will be amend or corrected in order to ensure that they accurately reflect the facts.
